Taste Notes
Have been sampling the gravity readings, and the bitterness is very good.
Quite smooth, but very little flavour and aroma.
HAVE JUST DRY HOPPED 20g WAIMEA to try and improve flavour and aroma.
Notes
MILL GAP SET AT 1.4mm AND RAN GRAIN THROUGH TWICE.
Looked like a beautiful crush.
Missed Target temp by 2 degrees. Might be due to grain temp which i didn't take before doughing in.
Maybe if grain temp works out, i should add a couple of degrees to what beersmith says.
