Mash 67 18 grados isobarico 2250 en hlt y se añade 360ml fosforico al 75% y queda en 5.39. 1750 litros en mash tun esperando a dia elaboracion. 184 ml fosforico mash (70% de la cantidad) y queda a 5.25.
