Plan was to 1/2 vanilla bean in secondary after 2-3 weeks 1/8 stick cinamon Actually transfered to secondary after 3 weeks. Secondary'd cold in fridge. Added 1/2 vanilla bean, and 1/8 cinamon stick 1/30 for 16 days. -- Yield 10.5 bottles. Transfered to bottle 2/15/14
