Taste Notes

First time with new hoses and couplers Single crushed grains at .5. Tried lower but wouldn’t work. Didn’t squeeze bag much, didn’t rinse bag (no astringency!) Boiled 15 extra minutes to get points back lost to lower than expected mash efficiency Moved some cold break over to Fermonster to makeup extra boil off Fermentation activity present: same evening Less boring

PBG:1.028 OG:1.036 (1.033 Tilt) FG:1.010 3.4%ABV Mash Efficiency: 78 Brewhouse Efficiency: 68.x TBC Day 0:(Sun-A3) Pitch 1 pack of S04 at 2:00pm OG 1.036 set temp at 16c in ferm chamber with Tilt Day 1:(Mon-A4) Bumped temp up to 17 because activity seemed low, S04 seemed to like the slightly higher temp Day 2:(Tue-A5) 6pm Bumped Temp up to 18 because activity seemed to start to plateau at 1.016(tilt) Day 3:(Wed-A6) 7:30 am, Gravity 1.013, Atten: 65%, turned up to 19c Day 9:(Mo-A11) 6:30pm, turned down to .5c Day 11:(We-A13) 7:30pm, FG 1.010, closed transfer to keg, put on main system at 12psi Day 19:(Th-A21) Carbed and drinkable??
