dans fermenteur @ 25/26°C temp ext élevée pitch plus tard dans la soirée qd temp redescendue (vers 21h) => 20°C levure M41 +150mL eau pour réhydratation 15mn ------------------------------- suite coupure courant pb connexion fermenteur en fin de secondaire passage de 22°C à 19°C sur les 4 derniers jours mais rien de grave cold crash étendu de 5 à 7 jours pour raison pratique de date d'embouteillage mise en bouteille le 29/10 DF 8.2 brix 1011/1012 @ 12°C resucrage 120g pour 19.5L soit env 6g/L 61 bouteilles
