Notes

The recipe calls for the use of 1 kg of “Coopers Brew Enhancer #2” which is not a listed fermntable for Beersmith 3.0. It contains Dextrose, Maltodextrine, and Light DME, so I’ve played around with the amounts to finesse the blend based on the stated IBU and EBC for this recipe. Its close, but not bang on. I believe the difference might be due to method of brewing, or formulae used. As is, the colour is a tad darker. The ABV guestiimate is a little under, target 6.5, and the IBU’s are purposely just over 10% higher to account for apparent IBU loss (10%-30%) in the fermenter.
