Day 0:(Th-J28) Xpm Mix up 1L boiled/cooled spring water and 100g light DME with the packet of Krispy, spin in vessel until pitch time
Day 1:(Fr-J29) Xpm Pitch 1 pack Krispy in Fermonster on the summer garage floor (with cold crash bladder installed?)
Day 5:(Tu-A2) 6pm, 1.01x, xx.x% attenuated, moved Fermonster to fermentation chamber to initiate cold crash
Day 6:(We-A3) 6:30am, Added 1 tsp gelatin in 1 cup boiled then cooled RO water to Fermonster through airlock hole
Day 8:(Fr-A5) Xxm Closed transfer to Corny keg and put onto kegerator II system
Day 15:(Fr-A12) Carbed and drinkable?
Day xx:(Xx-Xx)Kicked the keg
Day 1:(Xx-Xx) Xpm Pitch 1 pack S-04 in Fermonster in the fermentation chamber with heat belt and cold crash bladder installed and inkbird set at 20c.
Day 8:(Xx-Xx) 6pm, 1.01x, xx.x% attenuated, initiate cold crash
Day 9:(Xx-Xx) 6:30am, Added 1 tsp gelatin in 1 cup boiled then cooled RO water to Fermonster through airlock hole
Day 11:(Xx-Xx) Xxm Closed transfer to Corny keg and put onto kegerator II system
Day 18:(Xx-Xx) Carbed and drinkable?
