Learned: -Collect 5.75gal each fermenter next time -try mix 1gal sani in each fermenter next time -how to brew efficiency predictions are accurate

Notes

Afternoon before: water, minerals, Mill grain -Preheat water w/ hot rod: Brewed: 2/20/22 Mash: 45min @ 154-145 Boil: 30min (loose hops) -Chill w/ hydra: 64 -Whirlpool rest 5min -Final vol & OG: 13gal @ 1058 Transfer to fermenters: 10:15 -1st filled:FT1 6gal - US-05 -2nd filled:FT2 5.5gal - BRY-97 Pitch yeast: 10:45 -pitch temp: 64 -temp control: 66 -aeration: no -rehydrate: no keg via pressure transfer into starsan purge kegs. Burst carb at 35psi for 24hrs. Disconnect gas 24hrs.
