Notes
Grain bill from Brewing Classic Styles "Call Me!" Blonde Ale. -3oz c15. I only had 5oz and didn't notice til brew day.
Wanted something a little more tropical/fruity so substituted the 1oz of Willamette at 60minutes for some Galaxy Hops with some later additions to bring out more aroma. Matched IBUs. Conforms to the style, but may taste out of style.
Brewed 03/08/14
Rehydrated us05. Activity after 24 hours
Nothing special about water, just profile of my tap water.
it's a blonde
by mandrewbot3kHad a good reception at the bachelor party I brought it to. It went pretty quick. Had a bit of Wit character to it.
