Notes
Add 1.5 litre of water to sparge to compensate for 90 min boil. DONE. Note that as I didn't complete a full 90 minute boil the final gravity was lower than expected. Plus The attenuation was significantly less then predicted.
Also need 6 ltr of boiling/hot water to complete mash liquor.
