Taste Notes

This is my current best brew!!! Very nice color and the taste is just what I wanted. My wife's favorite who says this is what beer is supposed to taste like, "give me another". For her to say that, it must be good.

Notes

A little darker than wanted but taste with Carmilized grain is good. Reduced the IBU's from first batch. 30 to 21.
