Taste Notes
Berries gave a slighty tart back tone. All berry flavours were subtle. Color came out golden / pink. Strange that it looks like it shoudl be sweet - fruit flavoured but isn't. Very drinkable - almost dangerous as it has the fruit backnotes make it feel like it's not a 5% beer.
Notes
This was a split batch. 6 gals went to belgium wit with WLP300. This batch used the dry yeast (Hefe??) for 1 week.
Secondary for 2 weeks with the fruit added in sanatized fruit bag. Stir after 1 wk or as needed. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
