Notes

Add 20.4 litres at 69c to hit 61.5c Wait 30 minutes 30: Pull decoction, raise to 70c, hold for 15 minutes 60: Boil for 10 minutes 75: Mix decoction back in to get to 64c - main mash had cooled to 58 80: Pull second decoction, get to boil 95: Mix back in. Hit 66c. Leave for 15 110: Pull most of grain and some liquid to nearly fill decoction pot, get to boil for 5 minutes.
