Notes
Brewed on Sat. 4-28-12 with single mash of specialty grains. Used a 48 hr old 1000 ml Yeast starter made with WLP029 and Light DME.
Full 6.6 gallon boil...siphoned 5.5 gallons into primary, used pure Oxygen with 45 sec. added. Pitched yeast starter and put up stairs in 68* room.
5-6-12...Racked to sedonary...split between 2- 3 gal carboys. Put 2 lbs. on sliced pre-frozen Lemons into 1 carboy with 3 gallons of the Kolsch....put the other 2.5 gallons into a 3 gallonn carboy with no aditives.
