Good brew session. Stirred CO2 into strike water with chalk - mixed great and milkiness cleared!
Strike temp needs to be 1degree lower- estimated temp +3 would work well. Mash temps maintained well.
Lost .5 gal liquid between the mash and boil. Cant determine where.
Boil planned 1.5 gal/hour loss but actually experienced 1.25.
After nearly 48 hours, got to 67% attenuation. closed off airlock and started to spund at .5 bar/7 psi (took 3 hours to get to 7psi) and raised temp to 68.
