Notes

Waiting for conical heaters to bring wort back up to 68F before pitching. Pre boil grav 1044, post boil 1065. 5 gallons left in kettle at end of boil. 7.5 gals into mash. Starter 1 can Propper. Adding full starter volume to fermenter.
