Very tasty beer. Inspired by Midwest's Superior Strong Ale, but with late extract additions, an added pound of DME, and treacle. I'm pleased. It was ready to drink in just 7 weeks after bottling. It's a very drinkable beer with just the right amount of noticeable hop flavor.Notes
