Notes
* Perform Mash in 5G pot with a bag (2.76G of water, 8.5lbs of grain = 1.30 l/g ratio).
* Heat 6.34G of water to 170F in 15G HLT (didn't have a smaller HLT at the time).
* Pull bag after 60 minutes and dip in HLT water to rinse grains.
* Remove bag and drain.
* Tranfser wort from Mash Tun to HLT (which now becomes the Boil Kettle).
* The Specific Gravity of this Wort should be in the niegborhood of 1.034.
