Notes
Mashing
Mash In - 60 'C
Beta Amylase - 62 'C - 30 min
Alpha Amylase - 75 'C - 60 min
Collect 2 litres of first runnings, and boil them with all the hops for 60 minutes (Hopfen rösten), then filter hops
Mash Out - 78 'C, wait many times, until boil hops.
Sparge with 80 'C
Wort Boil
When hops have boiled for 60 minutes, add the remaining wort
Boil for an additional 2 hours
