Preparations
Smash juniper berries [Juniperus communis (juniperi fructus)] and soak them in 0,5 litre of water for 24 hours, then remove berries
Dried berries must be soaked in water for a week and then mash.
Add juniper berry infusion to wort at the end of the boil
Fermentation
Chill wort to 20 'C (68 'F)
Add chopped up ginger to wort
Pitch yeast
