Notes
Steep Grains in 2.5 gallons at 160F for 30 minutes (This time I put grains in as I brought to tempurature (25 minutes) and held at tempurature of 160 for 23 minutes)
I rinsed grain with 0.5 gallons of hot water before ading extract.
Squeezed hop bags
Whirlfloc worked great but needed to adds samll filter to siphon dureing transfer to secondary. I was not able to reuse yeast.
