Notes

Mash with 11.5 Gallons of FIltered Tyler TX Tap Water. No mash addition. 1.03 ml sparge addition to 7 gallons of Sparge Water. Add to kettle 1.33 tsp (4.5g) cacl2 and 0.25 tsp (1 g) gypsum. Ca 51 ppm Cl/SO4 2:1
