Taste Notes
6 Sept 13 - Transferred to the secondary and tasted the runnings. The pumpkin was subtle and not too strong and the spices are there. Good first effort so far.
I plan on transferring again on THursday then add the finings to really clear it up.
Next batch need to add a total of 3/4 tablespoon.Notes
This was awarded the bronze medal for fruit beers in the PAFB Brew Fest 2014.
Think about adding 1 butternut squash roasted on the grill and mashed then added to the mash with the pumpkin meat. Add another tsp of spice. Total spice addition will be 3/4 tbsp of McCormicks pumpkin spice seasoning. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
