Beer was foggy to start but cleared after a couple weeks
Could use more sweetness. Will add honey malt or equivalent to next batchNotes

Day 0:(Sat-D4) Pitch packet of S-04 at 6:00pm OG 1.047 set temp at 65f in garage
Day 3:(We-D7) 8:30 pm, Gravity 1.010
Day 7:(Fr-D11) 10:30am, Gravity still 1.010, turned down to 35f
Day 9:(Mo-D13) Gravity 1.010, closed transfer to keg, force carb 40psi for 24 hours on seperate system
Day 10:(Tu-D14) Put on main system at 12psi with picnic tap
Day 13:(Fr-D17) Carbed and drinkable,
Day 32:(We-J5) beer looks cloudy so added dose of gelatin then put onto left tap after Colsch kicked
Day 34:(Fr-J7) drained a pint or so of gelatin beer. Beer clearer?
