Taste Notes
A nicely balanced roasty stout with spruce underpinnings. The Amerillo and Citra finishing hops provide a satisfying orange, fruity hop finish.

10/21 - brewed at Waterloo Farm as a demo
A raw ale - from the mash tune directly to the fermenter.
kveik yeast- Voss dry packet
Half the hops into the mash - second half into the sparge water.
late addition spruce was a few tip steeped in water 150F for about an hour. half cup of liquid into the keg.
-05 yeast had a peanut butter flavor - dumped.
