Taste Notes
Very good beer. If you like a light colored, lightly hopped, summer thirst quencher, this brew is for you! It could use a little better head retention, so I might try adding some Cara-Pils to the next batch. The finish is a bit drier than what you'd expect from a Blonde. The dry finish resembles a Cream Ale. But, the two styles are close anyway.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
