RECIPE WAS SET FOR 90 MIN BOIL ONLY DID 60 MIN. FINISHED GRVITY PER RECIOE DID NOT CHANGE VOLUME IS HIGHER DUE TO REDUCED BOIOLD TIME RECIPE SETUP FOR 90 ONLY DID 60 MIN ADDED COCA AND MAHLEB TO POST CRASHED BEER IN SECONDARY KEG. MAHLEB WAS CRUSHED AND SOAKED IN VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF VODKA FOR 10 DAYS. ADDED ONLY TO 1 5 GALLON KEG. tHAT KEG STARTED TO REFERMENT IMMEDIATLY. WILL NEED TO GET A NEW GRAVITY ON THIS KEG WHEN DONE.
