mix levures T-58 + S-33 rehydrattation @23°C
gros pb avec la plaque filtre du haut et le tube de recirculation entre la plaque du haut et du bas du panier.
Obligé de tout vider car bcp de grain dans le fond au niveau de la pompe
perte de temps de 15mn environ mais remise en temp rapide à 68°C. Le tube central etait en fait trop bas ce qui a entrainé le passage du grain
pb de refroidissement suite pb de passage de garin dans la pompe. plus long que d'habitude
demarrage fermentation tres bonne. glouglous intenses dès le soir
09/09 : resucrage à 6g/L
