Starter le jeudi soir avec mout 213 g extrait malt 3ebc + reste 8 ebc ==>20°C puis 22°C
arret le samedi soir et mise au frigo la nuit

pitch dimanche apres midi @ 19,5°C (ajout de 1L de starter environ)
