Starter le jeudi soir avec mout 213 g extrait malt 3ebc + reste 8 ebc ==>20°C puis 22°C arret le samedi soir et mise au frigo la nuit whirlpool 10mn pitch dimanche apres midi @ 19,5°C (ajout de 1L de starter environ) -------------------------- 10/03 pour 22j : 2kgs de mangue surgelées Picard dans un sac en lin (bouilli préalablement) 01/04 : retrait des mangues resucrage 5.5g/L ajout 500g de lactose dans le seau juste avant embouillage 60 btlls au total belle decantation / sédimentation
