10-03-2021 BREW DAY BATCH #229 BrunWater Mash 4.62 Gypsum 9.46, CaCl 8.06, mL Lactic. Sparge 3.33 Gypsum, 6.82 CaCl, 4.48 mL Lactic. Yields an estimated pH of 5.30, without the lactic it estimated 5.71. I added 4.00 mL Lactic to the mash and pH checked 5.34, I did not make any further adjustments. Slight Grain bill adjustment on the fly as I did not like the smell of the Honey Malt. I did not adjus water volumes or additions. Planned 12.25 MO, 12.00 Pale Ale, 1.25 Honey, 1.00 White Wheat .688 C40. Used 13.25 MO, 12.25 Pale Ale, 0.00 Honey, 1.25 White Wheat, .75 C40.
