damn delicious!!!! caramel notes with a satisfing refreshing acidic finish.

Notes

single infusion mash at 152F for 60 minutes (NO EXTRA ENZYMES REQUIRED!) sparge with hot water untill you collect 5.5 gallons*+boiloff for your system. Amber Ballanced water profile recomended 60 minute boil 1 oz saaz at 60 10 g cream of tartar at 60 add wort chiller whirlfloc and yeast nutrients at 10 flame out at 0 min and turn on chiller. when cooled to 68f transfer to sanitized fermenter and sprinkle Celar Science GERMAN yeast directly onto wort. ferment at 68f if possible. allow to fully ferment then coldcrash and package. *goal is to have 5.5 gallons into the fermenter so you have 5 gallons in the keg/bottles. og 1.034 fg 1.008 ibu 14 abv 3.4 LIVELY CARBONATION
