Notes

23/08/2021 - Fermentation has been active , aroma good, bubbles evident. 24/08/2021 - Fermentation has slowed down, aroma good, still the occassional bubles are evident. Recommend racking into a closed vessel to avoid oxidation. 24/08/2021 - Tramsferred to closed fermentation vessel. Has still fermenation activity.
