Full size Aussie Pale Ale that's REAL HOPPY
Goal:
- 5% ABV
- Burton Union yeast for mildly fruity character with full malt flavours
- Carared & Amber on Pale/Pils Base malt for some malt presence
- Oats, barley and added detrose/maltodrextrin for mouth feel and head retention
- Heavy applic ation of Irish Moss to reduce chill haze for clear Pale Ale
- Light bitterness from Pride of Ringwood
- Fruity Passionfruit aromas from Galaxy late boil
- Zesty, citrus finish from Galaxy dry hops in two stages, primary & secondary
-Fast ferment profile, 3 day primary, 4 day secondary
