Taste Notes

#1/day 5: primary complete: good mouth feel, no off flavours; still sweet. Colour a bit dark (less choc, more amber maybe), good malt/yeast/hop profile. yet to top layer with finishing hops. 8x grolsch bottle filled with remaineder after primary racking.
