Boiled water before hand then cooled with ice 5gal 11:50am start mash 154F 12:14pm 153F. 12:20pm 153F 1.054 sweet wort gravity ph 5.5 Forgot strike temp. Read early notes and was wrong. Decoction mash 1.5gal at 1 hr to 200 degrees mash sat at 160 for 10 mins during. Up to 168 after. 10 min rest then recirc. 1.051 first running’s ph 5.7 Final runnings 1.023 ph 5.9 at 2:00pm Boil start 2:32pm 1.047 SG
