Mash PH 5.46 1st runnings 1.076 2nd runnings 1.045 Pre-boil 1.059 13.75 gal OG 1.078. Addded .92 gals to get 1.072 Total vol into fermenter 12 gals forgot to add sparge salts FG 1.026 ABV 6.0%
