Notes

Recipe based on Moose Druel and Caribour Slobber recipes from Northern Brewer. Use regular water nd since the malt is dark, use 1 tbs of Five Star 5.2 PH Stabilzer in strike water 5 gallons plus Use 1 tsp phosphoric acid 10% in mash water liquor, 4.5 gallons. Use Whirlfloc tablets with 15 minutes left in boil.
