Rebrew of Batch #226, CHanged Hops
Per Brunwater: Mash 4.05 Gypsum, 2.23 CaCl, 1.96 mL Lactic. Sparge 2.65 Gypsum, 1.46 CaCl, 2.55 mL Lactic. Yields 100 ppm Sulfate, 80 ppm Chloride, pH of 5.66.
Actual Mash pH was 5.40, Preboil pH 5.41

08-24-2021 3:30 PM Kegged, Tilt 1.015, both Hydro's 1.010 call it 1.010 OG 1.059 FG 1.010 6.5% ABV 82.3% AA.
Tastes very good, like a normal IPA, No off flavors detected. Orange, Marmelade, some firm bitterness but not overpowering. A little bit of tannin on the back of the tongue. Unable to check pH as pH meter needs new probe. Checked with strips it is below 5.0. Color is pretty yellow-gold, no green. Not much left in fermentor maybe .50 gallons so callit 5.00 to keg. There was not much head space in the keg but it did not come out Gas QD. Into keg #3 and put on 12# CO2 at room temp.
