Taste Notes
Wrong yeast for this beer.
Need the Pilsn Yeast.
The Budvar yeast ferments slow and starts with a lot of DMS. DMS rest in fermentation is very slow to reincoporate, even with a quick cool down of teh boiling wort.Notes
IMPORTANT: Add 0.25 tsp Baking Soda (NaHCO3) per 7 gallons distilled water for Pilsen-like profile!!!!!
Kegged on 3/3/17.
Tasting at 3/20, still needs some aging, profile has changed quite a bit already. This is going to be on the bitter side because the gravity was too low.
