Notes

Originally a “Wookie Jack” recipe that didn’t turn out… - dry hopped 12/4 - dry hopped 12/9 - didn’t like the taste, so pitched one package of Omega OYL-212 (Brett Blend #3: Bring On Da Funk) in April 2019 - also added some dregs of good commercial sours - added 1-2 cups sweet cherry concentrate 2/13/2021 - kegged 8/29/21 with ~1 tsp of lactic acid
