Taste Notes

4/29 GRAV 1.014 (8 days) leaving on primary few more days and re-check 5/1 GRAV 1.013 (10 days) almost complete, move to secondary in a few days 5/3 GRAV 1.0.12 (12 days) moved to secondary, dryhop 1oz Chinook 5/9 added fruit extracts (small amount, from starbucks) 5/10 COLD CRASH, removed dryhop 5/12 bottled 1x 12PK w/ carb drops, kegged appx 4GAL left, FORCE CARB like a mofo 5/18 Should be ready to drink, we'll see. initial tastes show it's a tad sweet but the dryhop came through very nicely. wife said it was like drinking a sunflower. will mellow with time.
