Taste Notes
Taste clean and slightly dry. Needs a bit more malty taste to it. Might try to rais mash temop a bit or lower bitterness.Notes

Test Batch 5 Gallon First on All-Grain Mash
Taste after conditioning 5 dfays is clean and not too sweet. I like this one. I think it can have a bit more body to it so I htink next batch I will increase mash temp a couple degrees.

Maintained steady temp with drop in temps starting at 4pm 1-29 for short bit. Major drop durring transfer but came back up
