Notes
1:1 - 100-150ppm sulfates and chlorides
After fermentation is complete (7-10days and after 2 stable gravity readings) stabilize with:
.5 tsp of k-meta
2.5 tsp k-sorbate
Let it sit for 24 hours
SHRIMP TIME!
Add up to 8oz of dried shimp (TBD)
3# toasted coconut flakes (bagged in the biggest muslin / nylon bag you have) ( hop sock )
Let shimp-steep for 5-7 days
