Notes

Added Hazel nuts to 1 of 2 kegs ( 5 gallons) for 4 days. Will test and see if it still needs extract. One keg no nuts . Yeast was a bit old had a hard time getting a good starter going. This might have lead to the being off on the finished gravity by .002/.003 Had higher grains absorption than expected. The grains were milled finner but were very well conditions. They were very fluffy coming out of the mill. This might also be from mill rollers if they were clogged with wet grain. \ Seem to finishing with less beer than expected into kegs. Most likely due to doing trub and yeast dumps prior to draining.
