Colour shown not representing the raspberry addition. Please see instructions of all parts of this recipe via the video on David Heath Homebrew Youtube channel. The video has the title "Philly sour method - Sour Beer Guide Part 3 " on Youtube. Fermentation profile shows the first 4 days at 24. This was the period I used before adding the fruit. I then increased to 25C. In my case fermentation time was 8 days.
