Actual: Ferment at 68 degrees, raised to 74 degrees after 7/8 days to finish 14 days. Recommended: Ferment at 68 degrees, raise temperature to 74 degrees with first dry hop edition Adjuncts: Added 1 tsp amalyse at day 4/5. Added 8 oz corn sugar at day 5/6 and another 8 oz at day 9/10.
