Taste Notes
to my taste this is the way Old Speckled Hen should taste if it had a bit more body. Give it time to develop in the keg or bottle as it tastes very rough at first (no doubt due to the sugar syrup which tends to make rough alcohol). After a couple of months it smooths right down.Notes
I am not a big fan of clone beers but I thought I would try to develop on another brewer's efforts and it seemed to work. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
