Taste Notes
Like angels dancing on your tongue.
Possibly the lightest cleanest beer I have ever made.
I am really pleased with the lightness in colour and flavour of this beer yet with a soft floral note at the end.
The ineffective dry hopping (due to the use of old Saaz hops) means that it ends up with a simple clean finish.
The balance is good enough that it hides the alcohol, with tasters guessing a 4% but really good tasting beer.Notes
Old Saaz were used in the secondary, which added nothing. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
