Notes

Brewing Classic Styles base recipe. Couldn’t source Lublin hops (Poland). Used Hallertau. Third batch sparge with 2 mash tuns - with slower run off, hit efficiency as predicted. 10/27 - Added some extra older packs of lager yeast besides the 2 packets each carboy of S-23. Rehydrated. 11/10 - 1.022 11/17 - Kegged
