Notes

Brew Notes: double milled the grains at .5. Recirculated the mash through the top the entire time, stirring roughly every 15 minutes. Removed false bottom after mash. Mash efficiency was higher than recent results but where I’d hope it to be. Spilled significant amount of wort due to left valve open. Preboil Gravity: 1.043 OG: 1.049 Mash Efficiency: 82 Brewhouse Efficiency: Day 1 - Sat July 24: Pitch Mangrove Jack M12 Kveik pack at 9pm OG 1.049, set temp at 33c in kegerator fridge Day 2 - Sun July 25: 8am Gravity 1.043, apparent attenuation at 10% add 1oz Comet, turn off temp control for next 6 days (camping trip) Day 8 - Fri July 30: xpm Gravity 1.0xx, Attenuation at xx%, turn down to 2c Day 9 - Sat July 31: Add 1Tbs heated gelatin to fermenter Day 10 - Sun Aug 1: Xam Gravity 1.0XX, Closed Transfer to keg, burst carb at 50psi for 8 hours then put onto main system at 12psi and 40f Day 41 - Thu July 15: Carbed and drinkable??
